(1) Vendor needs to provide resident sentiment study service to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR. – Summarize resident data based on pre–defined population segments such as generations, income, location of residence, years of residency, and association with a tourism–related industry and entity.– Design and implement a comprehensive Resident Sentiment Study that can be replicated in future years at regular intervals.– Sampling plan that is representative of the population and can be adjusted in the future based on the city’s changing demographics.– Sampling methodology and sample size.– Primary data collection methods: online and website, virtual, telephone, in–person, and secondary data sources.– Data cleansing and weighing plan.– Data visualization and presentation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 30, 2025.
