(1) Vendor needs to provide third party administrator service.– The Third–Party Administrator (TPA) will be responsible for administering healthcare benefits for all employees.– TPA for the administration and management of Health insurance and a Medical Management Program.– TPA to identify cost savings opportunities.– TPA to assure overall competitive financial features.– TPA that offers provider networks that create very good access for members.– provide options for disease management, including but not limited to, telephonic or online coaching (may include face–to–face coaching) by registered nurses and/or stand–alone disease management solutions for chronic diseases.– Coordinate Disease Management activities with all other Medical Management Services to ensure continuity of care.– Provide coverage for preventative care services.– Provide coverage for all medically indicated prenatal screenings.– Provide a toll–free Nurse Line Service which Recipients can contact with medical–related questions or concerns.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 20, 2025.(3) Contract period will be for three years.(4) A Pre–bid meeting will be held on January 16, 2025.
