(1) Vendor needs to provide security alarm monitoring services to the government authority located in Bentonville, AR.– Burglar alarm monitoring, inspection and maintenance services.– Provide properly trained and licensed technicians and all special tools, instruments, equipment, materials, labor, transportation, and services necessary to fully accomplish the service.– Fire alarm monitoring shall be on a 24 hour by seven day per week basis, all required maintenance coverage and service calls on a 24 by 7 basis and all labor and equipment to perform these services.– Dispatch technician to the protected premises to arrive within one–hour receipt of a signal where equipment needs to be manually reset.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 13, 2024.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
