(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in Bentonville, AR. – Provide architectural and engineering professional design services for the renovation of the properties damaged.– Existing building remodels.– Waterproofing and roofing.– Building envelope repair and waterproofing.– Master plan and new construction.– Development of a schematic design submittal and an estimate of the annual utility consumption and operating cost for review and approval by the agency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 10, 2024.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
