(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial management consulting service to the government authority located in Fayetteville, AR.– Analyze current cleaning methods and staffing levels to determine if improvements can be made to the organization’s structure, levels of cleaning, efficiency, scheduling, quality control, and cost.– Services will include an analysis of the various cleaning methods and schedules to determine if changes can be made to improve efficiencies or reduce cost.– Analyze the method of procurement and use of chemicals, paper, equipment and other products used for custodial services.– Conduct a campus–wide site visit to include all buildings to review current cleaning methods and to make recommendations for improvement.– Develop and recommend cleaning specifications for all buildings. – Provide workload recommendations and staffing or scheduling changes.– Provide analysis on estimated cost per square foot for labor, materials and other associated costs for each building and the cumulative for all buildings.– Review green cleaning techniques and products and make recommendations on areas of improvement.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 8, 2024.
