Vendor needs to provide timing and scoring services to the government authority located in Bentonville, AK.– Be authorized to provide timing and scoring services.– Provide timing equipment necessary to time races our size.– Provide disposable timing chips programmed and applied to race bibs.– Provide (1) two–sided digital clock at finish line of each race.– Provide on–site, individualized, results kiosk(s) at each race.– Provide on–site staffing and management of Run Bentonville Half Marathon expo registration.– Provide the necessary staff to oversee and monitor all on–site results.
