(1) Vendor needs to provide human services transportation plan services to the government authority located in Arkansas.– Provide continued support throughout the process including supplying critical data needs, and assistance in outreach.– Provide an overview of the federal, state, and local funding available for coordinated transportation activities. Include analysis of barriers, duplication, and adequacy of funding source.– Review relevant local and regional plans, surveys, and coordination best practices.– Inventory and document transportation providers to include public fixed route and paratransit services, transportation services provided or sponsored by social service agencies, non–profit organizations providing human services transportation services, and other transportation providers who are critical to the transportation resources.– Documentation of service gaps will be noted as will areas of particular need obtained from the demographic analysis.– Strategies should outline a comprehensive approach to service delivery with particular attention to areas of overlap between agencies and the type of services offered.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 11, 2024.(3) Pre–bid conference will be held on Sep 10, 2024.
