(1) Vendor needs to provide brokerage and consulting services for comprehensive health benefits to employees to the government authority located in Hot Springs, AR. – To provide different approaches or strategies to maximize the value of the City’s benefits and minimize costs through the delivery of services.– Health Care Plans– COBRA Administration– Life Insurance– Dental Insurance– Long Term Disability Protection– Voluntary Benefit Programs, including Flexible Spending Accounts– Long Range Planning– Plan Design & Rate Negotiation– Management of Benefit Plans.– Ongoing Support– Regulatory Affairs Support– Employee Communication– Retirement Services(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 2, 2024.
