(1) Vendor needs to provide conference meeting rooms and catering services to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.– Venue with catering and food services for the conference and event for 2025.– Conference and event will be scheduled for January or early february in 2025 for a minimum of three consecutive days.– Venue must have adequate indoor space to hold a minimum of six hundred attendees within fire safety laws.– Venue must be accessible at 7:00 a.m. central time the day prior to the event for set up and until 6:00 p.m. central time on the final day for break down.– Venue must have complementary internet access.– Venue must have a minimum of seven meeting rooms and a vendor space with audio–visual equipment in each room.– Venue must have IT support staff to provide technical support for AV equipment issues.– Venue must allow sell of specialty foods and other products brought in by vendors, without a percentage charge of vendor sales.– Venue must have outdoor space for specialty crop items.– Venue must have hotel accommodations connected to the venue or within a minimum of ten minutes by car of where the conference will be held.(2) All the questions had been submitted due on than May 1, 2024.
