Plan Review Services- Perform complete plan review of entitlement packages which may include traffic, utility, and geotechnical studies and conceptual site plans, grading and drainage plans, utility plans, stormwater treatment, traffic signals, photometrics, and turning simulations as well as tentative maps, easements, dedications, and vacations.- Review of applicants’ Engineer’s Estimates. - Perform technical survey review for material requiring a licensed surveyor including but not limited to Final Maps, Parcel Maps, Easement grants, and Certificate of lot conformance.B.
