(1) Vendor needs to provide case management software
1. To allow for conversion of all paper files to electronic files that allows for word search within the file, allow for work product notes for individual departments within the Prosecuting Attorney's Office and individual users. To also allow for the ability to work on files as teams for charging decisions.
2. To allow Police Departments within Pulaski County to submit files electronically including all video, audio or other digital evidence
3. To create/allow easy access to police video storage databases such as Watchguard, Axon, etc.
4. The ability to allow for automated discovery to be time stamped with time stamp notifications of when file is reviewed.
5. The ability to create easy to use templates for motions, court orders, subpoenas, charging documents.
6. The ability to electronically file pleadings and orders with the courts directly from the case management system
- To consist of direct links (interface) from case management system to the following web based programs: -
- Correct Solutions Group (Pulaski County Detention Center Phone Communications)
- JusticeXchange
- AOC Court Connect
7. The ability to search across all databases that are included in the case management system
8. To have Microsoft Office Products or have Microsoft Office tools embedded within the software
9. The ability to integrate with court management system
10. The ability to quickly and easily run reports without having any report writing knowledge
11. The ability for an administrators platform to allow for resetting of passwords, add/delete users, etc.

(2) All question must be submitted no later than May 2, 2023.
