(1) Vendor needs to provide professional and consulting services to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- To pre-qualify and establish an approved list of professional and consulting service providers. Responders must provide a resume of qualifications, references, and a compensation structure.
- Proposals for professional and consulting services will be evaluated and awarded by the board of
trustees and a list of approved providers will be made available for district-wide use.
- Professional and consulting service providers must meet and adhere to all Federal and State of
Texas regulatory and legal requirements, and maintain all required licenses, and certifications.
- Education and or professional licenses and certifications
- Experience and evidence of the methods and strategies used
- Evidence of capability to provide the specific professional service in a professional and timely manner
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- Effective communication with subject matter experts within the district.
- Excellent technical skills and familiarity with business processes and enterprise software applications.

2. Transition Specialist In-Home training specialist
4. Educational program consultant
5. Bilingual special education assessment professional
6. Professional bilingual interpreter
7. Educational diagnosticians school psychologists
8. Drug Impairment and behavior recognition for educational professionals
8. Certified deaf education interpreters
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 27, 2023
(3) The contract will be one year.
