(1) Vendor needs to provide recruitment services specializing in the field of civil engineering to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- Developing a recruitment strategy, process, and timetable for completion of the work, including but not limited to the following:
a. Comprehensive recruitment plan that addresses the specific steps to be taken in the recruitment process and methods of indirect and direct outreach to reach qualified candidates and the plan to attract a diverse applicant pool.
b. The length of time associated with each step.
c. The names and contact information for individuals responsible for each step.
d. The creation of a brochure for agency that includes information that markets the organization to potential candidates including its benefits, culture, history, and information regarding the local area including relocation points of interest.
- Sourcing a diverse group of qualified candidates. Vendor must maintain a diversity recruiting initiative to address minority and female hiring needs and the practices to ensure a diverse pool of candidates is presented to agency.
- Performing a thorough screening process and vetting the qualifications of interested candidates, ensuring all candidates recommended to agency are well qualified and actively interested in the position at agency. Vendor must guarantee that all candidates are properly vetted (e.g., education, experience, criminal background, sexual predator, etc.) prior to sending to agency for final consideration.
- Maintaining consistent communications (e.g., status reports, etc.) with agency regarding status of recruitment process.
- Providing a list of the best candidates who meet the requirements of the agency provided job description and who have the most promising qualifications.
- Presenting agency 's offer to the selected candidate and conducting negotiations.
- Notifying candidates who have been eliminated from further consideration.
- If requested, vendor shall assist agency in preparation for interviews.
- Vendor shall provide a written placement guarantee for the final candidate.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 22, 2023.
(3) Contract term will be one year.
