(1) Vendor needs to provide quality early care and education outreach and promotion campaign service to promote better beginnings and increase awareness.
- Contractor must design and produce marketing materials and promotional items in accordance with the approved plan.
- Contractor must design and produce items necessary for multiple conference booths and community events, including but not limited to retractable signs, backdrops and tablecloths.
- Contractor must manage the media campaign including all print, online, radio and television advertising and other public support to maximize the fixed dollar budget of the division.
- Contractor must produce not for broadcast materials which may include informational videos that can be shown online and at community events and that can be used as resources by early care professionals.
- Contractor must manage the existing better beginnings website and increase online presence including the use of various social media platforms including, without limitation, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram.
- Contractor strategy must largely focus on a grassroots model with some support from broad-based media.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 03, 2023.
(3) A contract period will be for five years.
