[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide online licensing and fees program that will allow its many and varied licensees to request license applications and license renewals online.
- Online licensing application and registration system capable of supporting multiple license types.
- Online licensing renewals for multiple different types of renewals.
- Tracking of continuing education credits by licensees.
- Ability to upload or download required licensing documentation.
- Licensee verification system.
- Ability to issue certificates.
- Quality assurance.
- Method to record and handle complaints and investigations.
- Ability to handle Inspections.
- Automated reminders.
- Alerts and notifications.
- Ability to handle invoicing or fee payments.
- Board management capability.
- Ability to work with third-party payment processing entities through an API call.
- Reporting and analytics capability.
- Third party integrations for payment processing using an API-call.
- Cloud based system with high security protocols.
- Give Licensees the ability to upload or download documentation.
- Ability to create or store existing inspection guidelines and reports.
- Ability to search for specific reports by licensee or company.
- Ability to create templates to be used for different inspection types.
- Publish certain inspection scores to the web for public search.
- Create automated reminders and follow-ups for renewal notices and confirmations, using email, text and phone calls.
- Ability to analyze data using charts and graphs.
- Export queries using various data fields tracked in the system.
- Provide a system that is compatible with a specific or with multiple browsers. Ensure all functions work with all browser types or indicate that a specific browser must be used.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 25, 2022.
(3) A contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
