[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide telephone interpreting services.
- Provide foreign language telephone interpreting services that will assist in facilitating effective communication between customer service providers and limited English proficient individuals by converting spoken language statements between English and another language.
- Provide on-demand professional telephone interpretation service in over 240 spoken foreign languages including Spanish, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), French, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Vietnamese, Armenian, German, Haitian Creole, Italian, Cambodian (Khmer), Polish, Portuguese, Farsi, Tagalog, Thai, and Urdu.
- Provide all necessary equipment with no additional cost, or the vendor shall provide a toll-free number for customer service providers to access interpretation services.
- Provide on-demand professional telephone interpretation services with no longer than a wait time of 60 seconds from dial to connect with an interpreter for customer service providers.
- Provide staff training and collateral material, such as phone interpretation user instructions, tips or working with a phone interpreter, etc.
- Provide on-demand professional telephone interpretation services twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year, including holidays.
(2) The contract period will be for one year.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
