[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide search firm services to the government authority located in Russellville, AR.
- Requires executive search services to support the identification and selection of an academic provost or vice-president of academic affairs. The university would like to include within the contract future search services for higher education administration and faculty positions. At the direction of the search committee, the qualified search firm will be requested to conduct the following activities:
- Work with the search committee through all phases of the search process. Provide regular updates to the search committee.
- This includes the development of a specific outreach plan that identifies activities that will be utilized to recruit a diverse pool of candidates and should contain specific benchmark activities that will be utilized in the recruitment process.
- Support the search committee in the development of selection criteria based on the position profile and the job description or general outline of duties and responsibilities for the position and role within the university.
- Identify a diverse pool of qualified candidates that include national and regional candidates to ensure a diverse pool of innovative leaders.
- Engage in targeted outreach to higher education administrators and administrators in other fields using appropriate technology, expertise, firm contacts and candidate questionnaires to identify candidates aligned to the selection criteria.
- Execute a search for candidates with qualifications meeting the position profile. Work with the search committee to compile a list of suitable target candidates, including direct outreach to listed candidates.
- Provide in-depth references and background checks for finalist candidates including candidate litigation history and publicly available websites.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 02, 2022.
(3) A contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
