[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide physician services to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- Ensure staff and facility compliance with federal and state laws, regulations and codes.
- Coordinate medical care to guarantee quality.
- Serve as a liaison with medical and non-medical facilities and personnel.
- Provide medical services to residents or patients.
- Provide administrative services required under state laws governing long term care facilities.
- Supervise all clinical activities of advanced practice registered nurses.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 16, 2022.
(3) A contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
