[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide temporary and interim investigator services to work with students, faculty, and staff on investigating reports and complaints of sexual assault and harassment, discriminatory harassment, and other related policy violations to the government authority located in Fayetteville, AR.
- Investigators are responsible for scheduling interviews with complainants and respondents, coordinating interviews with potential witnesses, gathering facts and evidence, compiling detailed case records, creating investigatory reports and summaries, routing said reports for validation and confirmation by complainants and respondents in a timely fashion, and conducting regular communication with parties as to the status of the case as appropriate and utilizing the case management system for through record keeping and case management under the direction of leadership.
- Work would be conducted remotely, through utilization of video conferencing and other related tools.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite.
