Vendor needs to provide diversity and inclusion training services to facilitate positive interaction across different diversity types to reduce prejudice and discrimination, and generally teach individuals who are different from others how to work together effectively to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- Diversity training will address all of the unique things about employees – culture, education, gender expression, religion, indigenous, race, color, ethnicity, language, nationality, sexual orientation, religion, gender, socioeconomic status, age, and physical and mental disability – and the manner in which we work together
- Behavior based training to challenge leaners with realistic Scenarios
- Interactive exercises that explore assumptions and stereotypes about people and groups
- Increasing employee awareness and understanding of issues shaping workplace culture
- flexibility to conduct follow-up diversity sessions as needed. Follow-up sessions can be conducted online or in-person.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
