[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide COVID-19 supplement services to reduce the incidence and prevalence of methamphetamine in the region as measured by the reduction of hospital admissions/discharges, methamphetamine-related crime, overdoses, and treatment admissions data to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- The strategy shall include the dissemination of methamphetamine educational materials as well as the provided methamphetamine prevention toolkit, the coordination of training and conferences, and the implementation of regional media campaigns.
A. Dissemination of methamphetamine educational materials
a. The contractor shall form workgroups and collaborate with existing workgroups to develop a regional methamphetamine prevention strategy.
b. The contractor shall work with the evaluator secured by agency Center for Prevention and Training.
c. Contractor shall implement a region-wide methamphetamine prevention-focused information campaign.
d. Contractor shall develop or utilize existing workgroups for methamphetamine prevention to assist with identifying appropriate stakeholders for inclusion, target geographic areas, and demographics. Any new workgroups should integrate with prevention efforts in the area.
e. Contractor shall identify appropriate sub vendor(s) with whom to disseminate media/messaging design elements, with agency input and approval.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on August 8, 2022.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 9, 2022.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
