[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide breast cancer tracking software
- Software version enhancement and on-going license for existing MRS software that is required to maintain accreditation of the Mammography Program
- This program will allow the mammography staff, Imaging Service and Biomed to contact the MRS service support system thru remote access into the server. This will allow updates and edits to the program to be done remotely.
- Documentation for the MRS system configuration as licensed
- Allows for unlimited toll-free telephone support Monday thru Friday between 6 AM and 5 PM Pacific Time.
- Any updates can be installed remotely to assure that the latest technology is available.
- Allows for access to support material and helpful reference guides.
- Provides support to Biomed for updating and maintaining the MRS server.
- Contractor will have access to sensitive material when providing maintenance and repairs to the MRS tracking system.
(2) This bid is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14).

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
