Non-profit Foundation (Organization) located in Arkansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for CEO onboarding and transition management consultant service.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide CEO onboarding and transition management consultant service include identifying key stakeholders to consult on the plan, facilitate discussions with the stakeholders to identify transition and onboarding success drivers, and advice on the content of the plan to the government authority located in Arkansas.
- Interview and lead discussion groups to identify drivers for successful transition and onboarding.
- Review draft onboarding program to incorporate learnings from the consultation sessions and the interviews.
- Advice executive committee and CEO on relationships and ways of working and help both define constructive ways of working.
- Engage with the new CEO to review the transition plan and advice and coach on proper assimilation and transition.
- Advice on cultural change.
- Create review points to assess success of transition plan while engaging relevant stakeholders on corrective actions.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 25, 2022.
(3) Contract term will be one year.

Global (World-wide)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
