[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide payroll software and services for various purposes and by varying departments/staff members to report to Human Resources.
- Web based access from any internet connected device
- Employee data storage accessible 24/7
- Real-time information changes
- Real-time access to data
- Import and Export capabilities to other software via Microsoft Excel
- Ability to integrate via API or a file upload
- Ability to manage IRS levies and other wage assignments through a garnishment product
- Ability to process an unscheduled payroll without prior notification
- Ability to access employee timecards from the same login as the payroll system
- Ability to view benefit accrual balances for each employee from within the timecard editor
- Ability for employees to submit and supervisors to approve/deny time-off requests
- Ability for employees to view current, previous, and future pay-periods
- Ability to clock-in and out via controlled IP Addresses
- Provide user-defined human resources tracking fields
- Ability to effective-date earning starts and changes
- Ability to integrate custom human resource data and payroll data into report
- Ability to save reports for frequent running
- Ability to generate bi-annual EE04 report
- Ability to define and edit each benefit plan individually with deduction amounts, open enrollment dates, and new hire waiting periods.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 27, 2022.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite and Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
