[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate services to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- The vendor shall provide appraisal services to include property research, evaluation and cost estimates for the purpose of determining fair market value and just compensation.
- The vendor shall review appraisals to assess compensation valuations performed by others.
- The vendor shall provide acquisition services to include presentation of offers, negotiations for settlement and contracts to sell.
- The vendor shall coordinate with a closing agent for final conveyance of real property.
- The vendor shall represent the city in court cases involving condemnation.
- The vendor shall maintain files, plans, and records related to the projects.
(2) Contract term will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
