[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide housing authority software and maintenance services to help leverage for a new approach to meet emerging needs and challenges, all the while continuing to deliver various public expectations.
- To provide access to residents, landlords, vendors and staff while upgrading its business software to increase efficiency and enable greater functionality
- Contact Manager - Capture information about a contact, updating the information, and utilizing the information for mass communications
- Workflow and Notification Management - Defining and managing a series of tasks for different types of jobs or processes to produce a final outcome or decision and provides notification and data to the next responsible division in the process
- Class Tracking - Manage registration for workshops offered by various divisions, and possible interface with registration tracking software used by two divisions
- Financial Application - Provide modules for general ledger, budgeting, accounts payable, tenant billing, purchasing and requisitioning, financial reports, fixed assets, inventory, capital fund management, grant management, payroll, facilitate online banking with direct deposit, direct deposit of housing assistance payments, cash collections (lockbox tracking), and point of sale
- The new housing software must be compatible with Microsoft office programs and hold the system functionality and ensure that the new accounting structure utilizes the proposed solution to its maximum capability and that it is compliant with local and federal laws
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 3, 2022.
