(1) Vendor needs to provide event planning design and production services to assist in the development, implementation, and management of on-campus programming, including but
not limited commencement.
- Coordinate and manage video projection
- Ability to coordinate delivery and staging of all materials within limited timeframe
- creative development and direction
- As applicable, photos of various props/décor/furnishing owned and warehoused by your firm. Video and photos may be provided as a web link or saved on a USB flash drive.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 1, 2021.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
