[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide certified medical monitoring services to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- Temporary medical monitoring may be needed in the event that a client requires medical intervention and is admitted to a hospital or other facility requiring monitoring twenty-four (24) hours a day for seven (7) days a week. Certified professionals will be responsible for providing daily care, supervision, medication management (as applicable) to clients
- Contractor must assign staff based on the level of care and availability.
- Contractor provides the assigned staff name(s) and position
- The assigned staff must review the referral form before arrival.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 29, 2021.

Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
