- Pavement marking, signage, and resurfacing
- Pedestrian improvements
- Real estate analysis
- Right-of-way work
- Street or intersection design related to transit infrastructure
- Structural design
- Transit oriented development
3. Mechanical or electrical or plumbing
- Electrical design
- Fire protection
- Gas systems (propane, natural gas, etc.)
- Heating, ventilation and air conditioning
- Interior or exterior lighting design
- IT infrastructure design
- petroleum fuel storage and distribution
- Plumbing and piping design
4. Rail system engineering
- Rail system engineering & design
- Field survey inspections
