[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
1. Required cleaning (daily)
- All porters (with the exception of those cleaning vehicles) will be required to complete these
services throughout the hours assigned to agency.
- Emptying of exterior, interior, and office trash or recycling.
- Wiping of visible dirty or dusty surfaces.
- Sweeping of floors.
- Mopping of floors.
- Vacuuming of carpets.
- Sanitizing of heavily touched surfaces and fixtures.
- Glass cleaned.
2. Required cleaning (weekly)
- Machine scrub floors with appropriate pads.
- Exterior sidewalks swept or blown clean.
- Exterior lawns cleaned of debris
- Carpets shampooed
- Steam clean or sanitize restrooms
3. Paper products management
- In addition to the above services, the successful Responder will also be responsible for stocking,
maintaining, and replenishing agency’s paper products. agency desires for the successful
responder to utilize its day porters in the daily upkeep of paper product replenishment.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 29, 2021.
(3) Mandatory site visit will be held on September 22, 2021.
