[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide online financial literacy program to students, teachers, schools, parents and community partners in underserved, low-income communities to assist students with developing the academic and life skills necessary for postsecondary success to the government authority located in Helena, AR.
- The program should offer an online pre- and post-assessment and students should be able to complete lessons within the online program at their own pace
- The program should also provide the ability for teachers to monitor students’ progress and download student progress reports through an online portal
- The lessons within the program should cover earning an income, saving, spending, credit, and investing and an opportunity for students to participate in some sort of real-world financial literacy-based simulation should also be provided
