[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide security guard and patrol services to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- Monitor all entrances and exits to ensure that all doors are secure and that no one is admitted entrance to the building without proper identification and written authorization
- If so requested, walk all employees working after hours to their vehicles to ensure their safety
- File nightly reports, include and not limit all activities that may adversely impact the building, the residents and metropolitan housing alliance employees
- Secure building at the end of the shift and sets alarm
- Perform other security related duties as they may arise from time to time
- Perform other security related duties as they may arise from time to time
- Personal visitors are not allowed under any circumstance
- Sleeping on duty will lead to immediate termination
