(1) Vendor needs to provide special event promoter and coordinator services include but are not limited to: promotion and public relations of the holiday street festival and other community events; coordination of the community events; implementation of the community events; solicitation of participants; marketing; securing required event personnel; sponsorship liaison and solicitation; volunteer recruitment; media relations; acquiring permits and necessary road closings; Negotiation of vendor services and event entertainment.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 1, 2021.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
