Government Authority located in Arkansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for way-finding sign manufacture and installing service.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to manufacture 11 signs using reflective vinyl on aluminum sign, provide 9 sign posts and securing materials, and install the 11 signs on the posts and on existing infrastructure, and install an existing kiosk sign.
- All signs would require using an 18-inch auger to dig 24-30 inches into the ground to place the posts at appropriate height for visitor use and 508 compliances. The 11 path labels will require one post hole and the campus map will require 2 post holes (see diagrams attached).
• Manufacture and Supply:
- 11 Signs using Reflective Signage - vinyl on aluminum, 18x12' gray 3 m Reflective 5100 (sign grade), (11 sheets on 1 side.)
- 9 sign posts 72"x3"x3" painted metal posts
- Securing materials for all signs (e.g., bolts, etc)
• Install:
- Installation of 9 posts with signs + and 2 signs on existing posts, and 2 client supplied post kiosk sign. Install posts at appropriate height for visitor use and 508 compliances.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
