[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide public health officer services to serve as the face of the city’s public health program and shall be active in the community, develop a complete understanding of the public health within the city and consult with city representatives about short‐and long‐term solutions to the government authority located in Fayetteville, AR.
- Develop a covid 19 recovery plan.  meet and address these emergent public health needs, including measures to counter the spread of covid‐19, through the provision of care for those impacted by the virus, and through programs or services that address disparities in public health that have been exacerbated by the pandemic.
- Provide guidance for outreach for the continuation of the vaccination campaign for the general public and, if vaccinations are approved for children in the future, eventually for youths which also includes monitoring the spread of covid‐19 variants, understanding the impact of these variants, developing approaches to respond to those variants, and monitoring global covid‐19 trends to understand continued risks to the city.
- Develop and execute an ongoing marketing and communications plan to share key messages with the public.
- Materials shall be approved by the city communications department and shall be posted through official city channels.
- Posts shall be provided in a consistent manner and the frequency shall be based on the current needs determined by city administration.
- Develop a pandemic plan for future pandemics.  The plan should consist of a tiered approach based on the level and severity of the pandemic.
- The plan should include the development and maintenance of an inventory of supplies required to deal with a pandemic.  
(2) A non‐mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on August 24, 2021.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2021.
(4) The term of contract will be one year.
