[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide pharmacy benefits manager include Performance Standards for measuring the overall quality of services provided.
- PBM must be a 100% Pass-Through Pharmacy Pricing & Manufacturer Rebates retaining zero revenue from manufacturers or pharmacies, passing 100% of savings directly to NWACC
- PBM must charge an all-Inclusive Administration Fee – no other source of income from NWACC may be obtained through any other source
- PBM must allow for full Audit Capability to the Claim Level and ensure that NWACC receive secure access to all processing system, providing real-time insight into all of the plan’s utilization activity.
- PBM must be Pharmacist Driven Management and targeted clinical utilization strategies front-loaded into the PBM’s claims processing system.
- PBM must provide 24/7/365 live Customer Service Dedicated representatives who are available around the clock.
- PBM must have an established integration working with a high-cost maintenance/specialty Rx overlay program and show proven, sustainable results as Best in Class Trend Management.

(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2021
(3) The contract period will be for four years.
