Government Authority located in Arkansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for athletic third party administrator services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide athletic third-party administrator services for all claims,
- Reimburse the University of Central medical providers for athletic related injuries only,
- Be connected electronically with medical providers to create expedited payments,
- Provide a claims coordinator to be the primary contact for UCA, medical providers and student athlete parents with claim questions,
- Coordinate and disperse reimbursements to medical providers on behalf for claims with primary insurance coverage,
- Be responsible for confirming the student-athletes primary insurance has been pre-certified prior
to all surgeries,
- Provide UCA with quarterly detailed loss runs,
- Have accident insurance claims experience, etc.
(2) A contract term will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
