[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide r the design, development, implementation and maintenance and operation of a new CCWIS system, including the conversion of data from the legacy system.
- The Future System allows the user to easily view and sort cases by priority.
- The Future System must allow the user to enter and maintain case documentation including but not limited to case notes and summaries, general history of the case, family visitations, and conference summaries.
- The Future System must allow authorized users to enter and maintain case documents in a variety of formats including open text, numerical, pick-lists, drop-downs, radio buttons.
- The Future System must provide the functionality to enter, maintain, and track detailed and timely child placement information according to DCFS specifications.
- The Future System shall allow placement to occur outside of provider list in situations where a child may be in a physical location that is different from the placement or provider address.
- The Future System shall track key events in the lifecycle of a case, including but not limited to case initiation date, placement changes, child fatality, transition /exit out of foster care, closure.
- The Future System must meet the requirements of the Family First Prevention Services Act (FFPSA), and must have functionality to show that the requirements have been met.
- The Future System shall have the ability to create and capture information necessary to for a distinct (FFPSA) Prevention Case Plan within an existing case type.
- The Future System shall have the functionality necessary to track and report preventative services that are provided pursuant to FFPSA. This includes identifying/reporting by percentages the number of services provided rated as "Promising", "Supported", and "Well-Supported".
- The Future System shall have the functionality to capture information and document a prevention plan (that includes services to be provided and prevention strategy) for pregnant or parenting foster youth and create a prevention strategy for any children born to foster youth. This includes noting that a child as either a “candidate for foster care” or a pregnant or parenting foster youth in need of those services.
- The Future System must identify the foster care prevention strategy within the child’s prevention plan.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
