[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide classification and compensation study to conduct a comprehensive city-wide classification and compensation study of non-elected positions to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- The city is soliciting responses from qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive city-wide compensation and classification study of non-elected positions using comparable public and private organizations, using not just job titles, but duties and responsibilities based upon the classification specifications from the city
- Perform an analysis of both wage and salary survey information and job evaluation data to determine an equitable (internal and external) and appropriate pay and classification plan for the city
- This survey will also include pay practices and policies such as promotional increases, in-range adjustments, reclassification increases, on-call and call back pay, alternate rate adjustments, etc., in order to properly provide recommendations for adoption reflecting best practices
- Develop external competitive and internal equitable salary recommendations for each classification included within the survey
- This will include an explanation of the specific methodology used in determining the salary range
- Present results of the survey and recommendations to identified groups
- Assist in the development of a strategy for implementing the compensation recommendations and plan, to include consideration of the cost to the city and its ability to fund pay changes

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
