[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide digital marketing and advertising services to educate state about the free services available to them through state senior health insurance information program.
- Educate and inform the public of state senior health insurance information program mission and services by partnering creative and innovative digital marketing strategies with its existing grassroots approaches.
- Use social media outlets such as Facebook and Twitter to reach targeted audiences.
- Increase traffic to the state senior health insurance information program website.
- The contractor shall provide social and digital media advertising and marketing services in accordance with the requirements specified herein and the direction provided by designated state senior health insurance information program staff.
- The contractor shall design, develop, coordinate, and manage digital media, search engine marketing, social media platforms, and promotional materials in collaboration with, and on behalf of, state senior health insurance information program.
- The contractor shall identify and advise as to how state senior health insurance information program can maximize emerging, innovative, and creative technology and trends in digital marketing, design, and development and shall implement identified technology and trends as directed by state senior health insurance information program.
- The contractor shall use images and messages that are commensurate with the dignity of the state.
- The contractor shall prepare advertisements, presentation materials, and collateral materials to include, but not be limited to, copy and layouts, finished artwork, photographs, testimonials, story boards, scripts, music rights, filming, recording, video dubbing, editing, slide and video production, equipment rentals, scenery, properties, costumes, display materials, merchandising materials, brochures, copy writing, graphs, design, power point, electronic design, etc. as required to meet all contract requirements.
- The contractor shall develop and implement an state senior health insurance information program website -approved, comprehensive, research based, strategic digital marketing plan to maximize exposure to target audiences and maximize the value of media purchased under the allocated budget for each year during a resulting contract.
- The marketing plan must include campaign proposals, a detailed cost management plan, a quality management plan, a staffing management plan, and communications management plan, and a risk management plan.
(2) A conference will be held on March 22, 2021.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than March 24, 2021.
(4) The term of contract will be three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
