[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide information technologies support and consulting services includes network, server, workstation, and UPS’s, Software installations per server, department grouping and Creating a network map,
- Assess efficiency, life expectancy, capacity, speed, and current processes and deficiencies,
- Software support and contract information from third party vendors,
- Complete documentation from site survey to support the environments,
- Complete installation of Contractor’s system support and monitoring software for future remote use and diagnosis,
- Monitor, resolve, and report uptime for servers, switches, WAP’s ISP circuits daily 24/7,
- Monitor for hardware failure on servers, switches, backup storage devices daily 24/7,
- Provide weekly reports for uptime and backups that will include if action was taken to resolve a failure,
- Maintain up to date inventory and report contract status monthly, etc. to the government authority located in Arkansas.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 10, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
