[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide food service a non-profit or not-for-profit organization, or organizations working in concert, to administer and oversee assisted food public service program in support of eligible hunger relief organizations serving,
- provide the space, equipment, staff and volunteers, as needed, to operate the food public service program,
- organizations to distribute food under this program including those serving the homeless, elderly, severely disabled adults, families with children, female head of households, neglected and abused children, minority populations, victims of domestic violence, individuals with AIDS/HIV, illiterate and other low- to moderate-income clientele,
- Principles, including but not limited to ensuring cost reasonableness, cost allow ability, allocable costs, direct and indirect (F&A) costs, procurement standards, financial reporting, sub recipient monitoring and management, record retention and access, auditing requirements and all other actions requiring compliance,
- To assess food needs and distribution methods (e.g. prepared meals for soup kitchens, ready to eat reheat meals, homeless packs, children’s packs, etc.); develop a plan to fulfil those needs efficiently and economically, and; seek lowest cost bulk buying options through food banks, farmers, government programs to the government authority located in Hot Springs, AR.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 3, 2020.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
