Government Authority located in Arkansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for identity and access management solution.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide identity and access management solution. The solution will initially need to support 50K current ADE users and could ultimately support multiple entities across the public sector and up to 3 million end users across the State.
- The Solution must be available in the cloud.
- The Solution must support identity and access management.
- Role and group-based access must be supported and customizable by agency and by application.
- The Solution must support separation of duties between administrators and be customizable by agency and by application.
- The Solution must not store credentials in clear text. Use of a FIPS 140-2 validated encryption module must be available for any interaction with federally regulated systems.
- The Solution must support multiple agencies with their own user directory, applications, and enrollments.
- The Solution must provide centralized reporting and audit ability for Single Sign On.
- The Solution must be accessible to the visually impaired according to state and federal laws including end user use and administration.
- The Solution must support Multi-factor Authentication.
- The Solution must be capable of supporting up to 3 million users.
- The Solution must provide periodic task archiving. It must provide provision for directing archive to cloud storage or a local download.
- The Solution must support bulk deletion/inactivation of IDs.
- The Solution must support provisioning across multiple directories and multi forest.
- User Interface must be customizable.
- Account admins / account managers must be able to use the IAM Solution to create a user, Modify/Enable/Disable user, Modify groups etc.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 10, 2020
(3) The contract period will be for one year.
(4) Pre-bid meeting will be held on November 09, 2020
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
