[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide banking services for the state university operating, first national bank arena box office, financial aid, and payroll accounts, as well as any other accounts ancillary to their operations to the government authority located in State University, AR.
- Banking services encompassing the following: ACH Debits and Credits FedWire Debits and Credits, Daily Deposits Returned Items Processing, Credit Card Payment Processing, Check Processing and Routing, Stop Payment Orders, Electronic Information Reporting, Direct Payroll and Financial Aid Deposits Overdraft Protection, Interest Bearing Accounts/Investment Return, Courier Services/Locking Bags, International Banking Services, Collateralization, After Hours Deposit Service, Cost of Services, Positive Pay Capability, Cash and Coinage Requirements, Exemplary Customer Service, ATM Machines/Services.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 20, 2020.
(3) A pre-bid conference via WebEx will be held on November 30, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
