Government Authority located in Arkansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for redistricting software solution.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide redistricting software solution
- GIS data clearinghouse includes all levels of administrative boundaries and election geography data.
- Website platform currently consists of three EC2 (Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud) VM instances hosted in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) environment.
- The Solution must operate in a multi-user environment. the solution must be deployed on a local area network within the state's wide network on a server or accessible through web-based applications or clients that allow access to the cloud-based data for up to 15 remote users, the solution must be able to construct and manage multiple redistricting plans that may be composed of up to 100 house and 35 senate districts using a seamless state-wide map, the solution must have map or cartographic features for printing and publication, the solution must be compatible with state standard hardware and operating systems (dell computers and Microsoft Windows).
(2) A Bidders Conference will be held on November 18, 2020.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than November 20, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
