(1) Vendor needs to provide annual financial audit services to the government authority located in Centerton, AR.
- for the performance of an audit of its financial accounts and records covering the period January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020 for the purpose of rendering an auditor's opinion regarding the fairness of applicable financial statements and compliance with applicable legal provisions, in accordance with generally accepted government auditing standards,
- The first year will be a trial year for the firm and the Commission. If the outcome of the first year (FY2020) is satisfactory to both parties, the same firm can be used for up to four additional audits (FY2021, FY2022, FY2023 & FY2024),
