[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive, internet based, box office ticketing management software system that will be both user friendly and customizable for agency.
• Internet Based:
- Unlimited users with varying levels of access options
- Ability to be signed in at multiple stations by same user
- Home screen has quick access to today’s sales
• Tickets:
- Must work with Practical Automation uITX 3002 Thermal Printers (Boca)
- User ability to format/edit ticket font size and style as well as add images to tickets during event/performance creation (and editable afterwards)
- Have options for mailing tickets up to certain days before event (with Fees), Will Call (No Fees), and email tickets for printing (No Fees).
• Scanners:
- Reynolds Performance Hall currently has six Ipod Touch with laser scanners. If upgrade is necessary, please list the make and model of suggested scanner options.
- Wireless ticket scanners must be compatible with offered ticketing software.
- Handheld wireless scanners will need to be able to work with UCA’s existing wireless system.
• Reporting
- Reporting needs are large and vendor must have the ability to provide very detailed reports. Be sure to provide samples of the reports listed below that Reynolds Performance Hall utilizes and describe if reports are customizable, how so.
• Marketing
- Must have email software component that allows us to send newsletters out to patron database with no limitations or fees
- Must have automated event reminder emails that are sent to patrons for a particular performance at pre-determined amount of time before an event
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2020
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (US organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
