[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide auditing software to assist with audit requirements.
- To conduct several audits of law enforcement and criminal justice agencies that utilize the various Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) systems,
- These audits include the ACIC Systems Audit, ACIC System Security Check Audit, CJIS IT Security Audit, Noncriminal Justice Agency Audit, and the Criminal History Arrest and Disposition Audit,
- Build and perform multiple types of CJIS audits,
- Be Browser based for easy use (i.e. Internet Explorer),
- Be able to Manage all of ACIC’s Audit Cycles,
- Include agencies that ACIC audits,
- Track progress and insure completion on schedule,
- Support multiple audit question types such as Multiple choice; True / False; Yes / No and Text entry/fill in blank,
- Support relational sub questions triggered by answers,
- Allow ACIC to set up multiple audit sections,
- Allows ACIC to build out of compliance statements for specific question,
- Automatically build a response to the local agency with all out of compliance statements,
- Allow the administrator to edit the out of compliance response before sending it back,
- Allow the local agency to respond to all out of compliance areas,
- Allow ACIC compile internal notes on communications with local agencies,
- Allow ACIC to see that a local agency reviewed the final report,
- Allow ACIC to print a copy of the audit ,
- Track all local agencies to organize and schedule audits on time.

Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
