[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide IT support services to the government authority located in Benton, AR.
• Assists in resolving issues that may include systems and application troubleshooting and installation, phone system, printing and hardware troubleshooting, connectivity, security and general staff questions.
• Supports senior IT management with operational tasks and special projects.
• Documentation of all assets and configuration must be available to the mayor upon request.
• Maintain excellent communication with leadership on all tasks and projects.
• Tracks Helpdesk work orders and requests and ensures timely and quality resolutions with IT team members and system users by coordinating and handling Helpdesk calls, tickets and e-mails about IT issues.
• Coordinates schedules, projects, and programs; provides constructive feedback; reviews and evaluates work and makes effective suggestions and recommendations.
• Complies with all published safety regulations, and reports safety-related accidents, incidents, and unsafe work conditions. Attends safety-training programs as required.
• Provides bi-monthly updates of ongoing projects and installation of system is required, or more frequent if requested.
• Must complete a non-disclosure agreement with the city.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
(2) Contract term will be one year.
