Government Authority located in Conway, Arkansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for classrooms and lecture hall audio and video equipment supplies.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide and installation of classrooms and lecture hall audio and video equipment supplies to the government authority located in Conway, AR.
- The new system will include the following sources: local PC, Share Link, and wireless microphone. In addition, there will be an Extron cable cubby that will include 2 HDMI’s, USB pass through, and network connection and 2 power sources, 2 HDMI’s will be used for laptop connection and Document Camera, AV contractor should run shielded CAT 6A cable and terminate to wall plate at desired future TV location, and clearly labelled “video only”.
- The Lecture Hall differs from the classrooms in that there are 3 wireless microphones and 6 hard wired microphones. This is the reason for the Extron audio mixer and touch panel for control and source routing. AV Contractor will reuse current lectern, amplifier, 3 wireless microphones and current installed speakers. AV Contractor will also provide a backup HDMI plate ran directly to the projector
(2) A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on May 14, 2020.
